Danielle Bayer

Danielle leads fundraising, communications, and thought leadership at Evidence Action, driving revenue growth to scale some of the world’s most cost-effective global health programs. Previously, she served as Managing Director at Founders Pledge, where she led global membership expansion and fundraising during a period of exponential growth. There, she launched Equity for Impact, which raised $1.7b in pledges to charity in its first year by enabling equity pledging from employees at pre-IPO companies. Prior to that, she was Director of Development and Head of the Tony Blair Foundation-US, co-founded a political action committee supporting women candidates, and established a global children’s nonprofit. Danielle holds a Master’s in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, and an A.B. from Harvard College. She serves on the boards of Founders Pledge, The Agency Fund, and IDinsight, and has lived and worked in East Africa, the Middle East, and the United States.
